An announcement regarding Coronavirus Covid 19
To minimise risk to clients and to protect staff at the Exeter office our while-you-wait valuation appointment and our home visit services have been suspended until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this causes and hope to be able to reinstate a full service as soon as conditions return to normal. Please return to this page from time to time to receive updates.
Update your valuation
If you have one of our superior valuations, supplied within the last six years, we offer a valuation update service, which can be done without viewing the property again.
There must have been no alterations or changes in condition from when they were when last examined. We do NOT have to see the items again and the report will be delivered to you in the form of a PDF file. Email or phone now if this is of interest. Valuations provided under these exceptional circumstances are provided at a reduced fee.

- We value all types of precious jewellery.
- A complimentary consultation is available without obligation to proceed any further.
- Our fees are based on the number of items not the value and we quote in advance, so you will know exactly what the cost will be.
- A fully equipped gemstone testing facility.
