A "While you shop"
service is available - bring it to us in the morning, collect the same day. Please ask about availability. This service is only available to
clients who contact us directly before calling.

This service is available to established clients. (always contact us before sending please) then fill in a
declaration form
and inventory, fully protect the jewellery items with lots of bubble wrap
and
a good cardboard box
and send it, along with any certificates and receipts relating to the item, in a special delivery
envelope available from your local post office. Don't forget to provide a return
address.
Sending without contacting us first is
entirely at your own risk and although we check the contents of packets
most carefully we cannot accept claims for missing items in these
circumstances.

Home visit |
|
If you prefer to
have the valuer visit you in your own home we specialise in this service.
Equipped with everything needed for the appraisal all the
valuer will require will be a table-top and a power socket (for the
lights and laptop) The valuer will
also visit a solicitors office, a bank or your place of work if this is more
convenient.
Clients are strongly advised that they should only entrust their jewellery valuation
work to a member of the NAG Institute of Registered Valuers.
Always check the credentials of any valuer you invite to your home.

For trade clients
|
|
We offer the usual postal service with friendly and helpful
advice always on hand. We also specialise in "store visits" which can be the
perfect solution for those not wishing to post.
We also do "Valuation Days" at
which your clients can meet the valuer and receive their valuation there and
then. Please ask for details of how to set up one of these interesting and
rewarding days.
