We try to make our valuation service as accessible as possible so offer a variety of options to deal with us directly or via a selection of trusted retail jewellers. Book a valuation now!
Personal Call to our Office
Pay a visit to our office at the Sowton Business and Technology Centre, Exeter. By prior arrangement you can meet the valuer and discuss your requirements during a free half hour consultation. A free, no obligation estimate will be provided but please phone first to avoid disappointment. Book a consultation
A same-day, express "While you shop" service is available. By prior arrangement you may bring your items to us in the morning and then collect later the same day.
Collection and Delivery Service
If it is more convenient for you we can collect your items from your home or place of work and safely deliver them back to you along with our valuation report. There is an additional charge for this service.
Postal Service
This service is available to established clients. Work turnaround is usually 5 days or less. We try to oblige with urgent work where possible.

Remember to print and fully complete a Consignment form and inventory and include it with your
items along with any certificates and receipts.
Be sure to fully protect the jewellery with lots of bubble wrap and a good cardboard box. Whilst the Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service is extremely secure and insured, sending to us is entirely at your own risk. Customers are strongly advised to take out insurance to cover postal delivery and should not rely solely on the cover afforded by special delivery since this is limited. We check the contents of packets most carefully but cannot accept claims for missing items in these circumstances. Returned items are protected by our own insurance arrangements and sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service.
Home Visit Service
This service is designed for those clients who are unable for one reason or another to bring or send jewellery to be valued.
The home visit service is available throughout the South West of England
and further afield by special arrangement.
If it is more convenient for you, the Home Visit Service can include a visit to your solicitor's office, bank or your place of work. All we require is a reasonably calm environment, a table-top to work from and a power supply for our equipment.
We appreciate that to allow someone into your home under these circumstances requires a high level of trust. We encourage our clients to verify our credentials and reputation with the Institute of Registered Valuers to gain reassurance as to our trustworthiness and professionalism.
Valuation and appraisal work is always best carried out within the controlled conditions of our office where we have access to all our reference material and equipment. Work performed outside our office will be marked with a note to indicate that less than optimal conditions applied.
Service via Affiliated Jewellers
We also carry out an independent valuation service through several trusted affiliated jewellers in the South West of England. If the flexibility of dealing with a shop is more suited to your needs, please make your arrangements with the jewellers listed on our Retailers page.
