Retailers are strongly encouraged to use a taking in and declaration form
when sending valuation work. The use of this form should be part of your
taking in procedure and will assist your staff by formalising the process of
capturing all important data. You are welcome to download our
trade
declaration form Word file. Please be advised that submitting a valuation
without a declaration form is unwise. Data brought to our attention after a
valuation has been completed may result in the valuation being declared void and
an additional fee. |
