We specialise in "store visits", the traditional service where we visit your store on a pre-booked day to perform valuations on items previously taken in from your clients. Each valuation is carefully checked and the documents are forwarded to you within a few days for presentation for your customers. The items for valuation do not leave your premises, thus giving your clients total confidence in your service to them.
A postal and delivery/collection valuation service is also available with a speedy turnaround. All goods-in-transit and goods-in-safe insurance is supplied by the industry leaders - TH March & Co, as is our professional indemnity cover.
We also perform "Valuation Days" on your behalf. Your clients can meet the valuer and discuss their items whilst the appraisal is being carried out.
We firmly believe that producing and printing a valuation on the spot is not in the client's or your best interest. Therefore a fully researched and checked document is produced later at our office and sent on within a few days.
