Car Park arrangements
As many of our car park spaces are leased to residents visitors are asked to park only in the currently available bays. Advice on parking can be obtained from our receptionist. If no bays are available parking is available at Booker Cash and Carry or in the Sowton Park and Ride nearby.
Directions To Michael Inkpen F.G.A. Ltd:
From M5 Southbound
Exit M5 at junction 29 for the A30/A3015 Honiton Road
At the “T” junction turn right for Exeter.
Enter the left hand lane and at the next roundabout and filter left into Moor Lane.
Forward through the traffic lights.
At the second set of lights turn right for Kestrel Way.
At the roundabout turn right for Bittern Way.
Pass the Café on your left. Continue straight.
At the sign for Capital Court, turn right (the last right turn on this leg of Bittern Way).
2 Capital Court is the last building on the right.
There is no external sign for the company, please ask at reception.
From M5 Northbound
At junction 30 leave the motorway entering the Sandygate roundabout and comply with signs and road markings for “services and Sowton Ind Est”
At the Sidmouth Rd roundabout , take the turn marked “Sowton Ind Est”
Enter Moor Lane.
At the next traffic light junction turn right into Kestrel Way.
Turn Right at the roundabout then forward to Bittern Road.
Pass the Café on your left. Continue straight.
At the sign for Capital Court, turn right.
2 Capital Court is the last building on the right.
There is no external sign for the company, please ask at reception.
